A place for families / whānau with children from pre-birth to 6-years-old

It is with sadness that we advise the closure of the Early Years Hub will occur on 28th June 2019, due to the change of funding circumstances which occurred in the middle of last year.

Until then the Hub remains open 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, and we will continue to offer a warm, welcoming environment to stop in for a cuppa, free tables with lots of items for adults, children and babies, and quiet, warm rooms for children to play in.

The Mission's Early Years Hub is a friendly place where families / whānau can access a wide range of services, programmes and support, including;

  •  Ante-natal classes
  •  B4 School checks
  •  Beautiful Births Midwives
  •  Conscious Parents
  •  Dunedin Korean Playgroup
  •  Free toy library
  •  Home Birth Association
  •  Parenting information
  •  Post Natal Depression Support
  •  Support and advocacy assistance
  •  Supported referrals to off-site services such as GPs

Everyone is welcome and everything is free.

We're open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. Come in for a chat, or call The Hub Coordinator Erin on (03) 466 3407  to find out more about howThe Hub can help.
