Checks in with you after the work is done to make sure you got what
you asked for and can put you in touch with other helping services,
if that would be useful

Our partners include a number of helpers and handymen, and include Willing Workers, a community group providing:
Employment to people who face barriers to work
Professionally managed services to Dunedin residents
Quotes for Work and Income (if needed)

Home Support Service & How Does it Work?
Just contact our Coordinator and tell her what you need. We will
try to meet all reasonable requests. She will then put you in touch
with reliable trades-people, arrange a quote, and help you manage
the workers.
All our workers are carefully vetted, including police checks.
You are expected to pay for our partner's labour and material costs, although we make every effort to keep these costs as low as possible.
You won't be paying for our time.
